KK Null   

Kazuyuki K. NULL composer, guitarist, singer and drummer was born in Tokyo. Before his musical career he studied Japanese Butoh dance, since then KK. NULL has gained worldwide recognition for his solo works as well as his "progressive hardcore trio", Zeni Geva, that has worked with Steve Albini, and produced more than 10 albums, recorded twice for John Peel Session on BBC, toured 4 times in Europe, 5 times in the USA, twice in Australia and once in New Zealand, played more than 300 live shows.
All the while, KK.NULL has worked on his solo career and collaborated with other musical innovators such as Merzbow, John Zorn, Fred Frith, James Plotkin, Jim O'Rourke, Keiji Haino, Seiichi Yamamoto (Boredoms), Otomo Yoshihide, Jon Rose, Atau Tanaka, Zbigniew Karkowski, Philip Samartzis, David Brown, and more. KK. NULL has also supported bands on tour such as Sonic Youth, Neurosis and Mike Patton (ex-Faith No More). KK.NULL has been invited to perform at international festivals such as "Hyperstrings" in Vienna (Austria), "What is music?" in Melbourne (Australia), "Beyond Barouque" in Los Angeles (USA), "Beyond Innocence" in Kobe (Japan), "Exiles" in Berlin (Germany), "Sonar 2001" in Barcelona (Spain) and "International Sound Art Festival" in Mexico City (Mexico), and his new project, Monster DVD has just played at "Batofar Cherche...Tokyo" festival in Paris (France) December 2001. Also, Zeni Geva is invited to play at "All Tomorrow's Parties U.K." April 2002.
KK. NULL has released more than 60 titles of the recordings in his 19-year musical career.
